Refund policy

All orders are processed and finalized within 24 hours of placement, so you can rest assured that your purchase is being taken care of promptly. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange your order, we accept requests within 14 days of purchase. Please note that recipients are responsible for return shipping fees. Additionally, we will honor refunds for damaged products.

If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us first before issuing a complaint or leaving feedback. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will do our best to remedy any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized art prints.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
